This person MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE . Please make arrangements to not bring anyone under the age of 18 to the clinic. All patients and their guest must wear a face covering to the clinic. FACE COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER THE CLINIC .
